Welcome to Rexy’s Pet of the Month Contest! Before participating, please read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below. By entering this giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms.

• The Monthly Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above. To enter, participants must submit their entry and pet photo via the contest form on www.rexysnacks.com. 
• One entry per person allowed. 
• The prize for each monthly giveaway will be one package of Rexy Pet Treats for cats and dogs. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted. All prizes are provided “As Is.” Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. The drawing will take place on the 3rd day of each month, with a social announcement on the 6th day of each month. Winner will be notified via email within 24 hours after the drawing. Winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
• By participating, entrants agree to allow Rexy to use their name, likeness and entry for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to featuring winners on the company website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials. 
• Information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
• Rexy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice. 
• Rexy is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical malfunctions, human error, or any other error that may occur in the administration of the giveaway. 
• Participants release and hold harmless, Rexy, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, damage or death of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or use or misuse of the prize.
